We are excited to announce that Kevin Bice has joined our North Creek Lacrosse Club as the new High School coach! With an impressive background in both coaching and playing lacrosse, Kevin brings a wealth of experience and a passion for the game that will greatly benefit our athletes.

Coaching Achievements:

• Wisconsin State Champion Coach: Kevin led the Oregon High School team to a state championship in 2022 and has previously coached teams to multiple state semifinal appearances.
• Transformational Leadership: He took over a program that had never qualified for playoffs and turned it into a perennial title contender, mentoring numerous All-Americans and Academic All-Americans.
• University of Minnesota Record Holder: As a player, Kevin held the career scoring record at the University of Minnesota from 2009 to 2019 and was recognized as an MCLA All-American.

Coaching Philosophy:

Kevin believes that the primary goal of coaching is to instill a love for lacrosse in players while providing a fulfilling experience. His innovative approach focuses on adapting systems to fit players' strengths, fostering a fun and competitive environment. He emphasizes skill development through engaging drills and positionless gameplay, ensuring that every practice is productive and enjoyable.
